Skate Canada Newfoundland and Labrador Senior B Team qualification for 2006-07 is based on:

• 5-8 placements in Pre Novice and Higher events at Sectionals
• 2-5 placement in Juvenile at Sectionals in all events
• 1-3 placements in Pre Juvenile at Sectionals in all events
• Pre Juvenile and Juvenile skaters who were on the Senior B team in the year prior and who have moved to a higher Sectional category and have at least a year of eligibility remaining in their previous category (e.g. Pre Juvenile Champion at 2002 Sectionals moves to Juvenile with a year of Pre Juvenile eligibility remaining and finishes 9 at the 2003 Sectionals, must compete at the subsequent Sectionals to retain team position)
